Yamaha Music Europe GmbH (UK) are pleased to announce the release of two new product lines to the renowned P-Series digital pianos. The Yamaha P-225 and P-145.
Yamaha’s P-Series digital pianos are loved by piano players around the world who want the comfortable feel of an acoustic piano in an instrument with a more manageable size and weight. The new P-225 and P-145 are taking over the legacy of the P-125 and P-45 respectively, and are now more portable than ever, including many new features which will take portable pianos to a whole new level.
The P-225 and P-145 have upgraded their look and now feature a much more compact and modern design, taking even less space in your room. The P-145 comes in black whereas the P-225 offers both black and white colour variants.
New Graded Hammer Compact (GHC) Keyboard
To achieve such a compact form factor, we designed a new keyboard that offers even better response than its predecessors, in less space, offering the best weighted acoustic piano-like playing feel in its class.
Upgraded Piano Sound
Yamaha is well known for the quality of our pianos. Now, the P-225 features the sound of our flagship CFX concert grand, while in the P-145, you can enjoy the CFIIIS, the origin of Yamaha’s premier concert grand pianos.
They also incorporate a new speaker system that has been adjusted to replicate the sounds reflected from the soundboard and lid of an acoustic grand piano as closely as possible.
Smart Pianist Compatibility
By linking the P-225 or P-145 with Yamaha’s dedicated Smart Pianist digital piano app, you can access all the piano’s features while also adding new possibilities for the player.
